2.      All information about matrimonial candidates provided to you is based on the information supplied by the candidates themselves.

3.      We do not guarantee the truthfulness of the information received by us. Individuals are advised to verify and satisfy themselves about the same through any other means they prefer.

4.      Accessibility of the website from any location is subject to factors beyond our control, thus we do not guarantee its accessibility from all locations.

5.      Candidate information and photographs are available on the internet; hence, we cannot guarantee that they will not be misused. Additionally, we use your profile on social media platforms for your benefit.

6.      After registration, member information will be accessible to all registered candidates.

7.      Registration charges are taken solely to put your form on our website and are non-refundable.

8.      Bandhanvadhuvarsuchak.com will manage all member databases but will not be responsible for any loss due to technical errors.

9.      Approvals from the company side will be granted after cash is received or cheque/DD clearance is done for appropriate members sent by the franchise.

10.    While registering members under franchise, it should be known that their profiles will be listed on Bandhan's Site for a period as per the scheme.

11.    Website availability depends on various factors and external agencies beyond our control, and we do not guarantee 24x7 availability.

12.    Franchise is responsible for data uploaded by them until the profile holder edits or changes the data.

13.    Profile holders should change their password regularly and not share it to secure their data.

14.    Profile holders will receive emails until their profile is on Bandhanvadhuvarsuchak.com website.

15.    Profile holders can view a maximum of 6 profiles' contact details in 3 days.

16.    Disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karad, Tal - Karad, Dist - Satara, India.

17.    The right of "Approval of Profile" is reserved with the Admin of Bandhanvadhuvarsuchak.com. No compulsion shall be made by Profile Holder for approval of his/her Profile from any third party.

18.    Website admin has the right to delete profiles if complaints are received regarding specific profiles or if profiles are found to misuse the website.

19.    If a Profile Holder is found not receiving calls from existing Profile Holders of Bandhanvadhuvarsuchak.com or Bandhanvadhuvarsuchak.com Team, their profile will be deleted. Profile Holders should call other Profile Holders regarding marriage purposes only; otherwise, their profile will be deleted.

20.    Profile holder's profile will have a maximum validity of one year on the website or until the date of engagement for marriage, whichever is earlier.

21.    Paid VIP profiles will be visible to Paid VIP profiles only.

22.    Profile Holder must obtain permission from the respective franchise for editing and updating their profile on the website.

23.    Profile Holder must provide detailed and true information, including 2 contact numbers in working condition, while registering their profile on Bandhanvadhuvarsuchak.com website. Profiles with incomplete data may be blocked by Admin if uploaded data is found inadequate.
